“We know job seekers are busy, and we want to make it as easy as possible for them to learn about a host of opportunities at Carle so they can decide what best meets their needs – for their career, their work-life balance and more,” said Mattie Coleman, Carle Talent Acquisition manager.
The March virtual job fairs will feature opportunities for:
- Patient support

Once applicants connect with Carle Human Resources, everyone involved focuses on the organization’s high-quality patient-focused care.
“In just that last few weeks, Carle has again been named a Top 50 Hospital by Healthgrades, and along with Health Alliance we’ve again been designated as a national Great Place to Work,” Carle Nursing Talent Acquisition Partner Stephanie Stines said. “Plus, Carle achieved Magnet® designation, the nation’s highest honor for nursing care.”
Serving a population of over 1.4 million people across 41 counties in Illinois and five in Indiana, Carle provides patient-focused, world-class care with a dedication to research and education.
Based in Urbana, The Carle Foundation is a vertically integrated health system with more than 7,000 employees in its hospitals, physician group, health plan and associated healthcare operations.
