January 9 'Connections' open house aims for a healthier 2019
Health Alliance Connections is ushering in the New Year with new health and wellness events. Learn more at the Connections Open House from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, January 9 at 3301 Fields South Drive, Suite 105.
“We’re excited to show members – and future members – our new Health Alliance Connections facility,” said Ashley Quinlan, Health Alliance Connections program manager. “We welcome you to stop by, meet our team members and learn about our health- and wellness-focused events.
“And bring your friends along so you can make 2019 plans together.”
The open house also includes:
- Food and beverages
- Chatting with health coaches, care coordinators and more
- A healthy cooking demonstration at 3:15 p.m.
- “Ask the Doctor” session from 4 to 5 p.m.
“We’re excited to offer this event on topics like diabetes, blood pressure, stress and lifestyle in addition to hands-on classes like cooking demonstrations and fitness classes. What we offer will vary month to month, which means we’re sure to keep things interesting,” Quinlan said.
“Health Alliance Connections is a wonderful place for community members to gather and get healthy together.”
Health Alliance Connections is on the west side of Fields South Drive, across from the Carle and Health Alliance administration building at Carle at The Fields.
