Patient Notice: Routine update prompts incorrect automated patient email/text message

During a routine upgrade Wednesday afternoon (8/21/19 between 5 p.m. and 8/22/19 5:30 p.m.), approximately 500 patients received an incorrect automated notification stating, “Your email or phone number was updated. If you did not make this change, please contact your healthcare organization.”

Information Technology staff quickly identified and corrected the issue. Affected users received a second message notifying them of the error. Please be assured your account and information are secure. No further action is required. We apologize for this inconvenience.
